In home prenatal yoga + meditation:
We’ll create sanctuary together for you to journey inward, discover your strength, and connect to baby. After having an intake session where we discuss your everchanging aches + pains, movement goals, emotional wellness and more, I’ll work on a customized session tailored to your needs. No experience? You’re still in the right place.
My goal is to provide accessible prenatal-friendly movement, breathwork and meditation to ease pregnancy aches (ie. sciatic pain, swollen feet, pubic symphysis), connect you deeply to your body’s wisdom, release stress & anxieties, and help build physical and mental resilience for birth.
